1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

The product must be returned with its original packaging, certificate, and receipt.

Customized, engraved, or specially ordered items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Process for Returns & Exchanges

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value.

If the new item is of higher value, you must pay the price difference.
