  • Customized, engraved, or specially ordered items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made designs

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage

3. Process for Returns & Exchanges

  • Once approved, return the product to our store or ship it securely at your expense.

4. Refunds

  • Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value.

  • If the new item is of higher value, you must pay the price difference.

  • If lower, store credit may be issued (if applicable).

6. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately.

7. International Orders

  • For international customers, return shipping and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
